Groups are welcome, but please be mindful of the noise level at night so as not to disturb our neighbor's max occupancy is 6. -$50 extra fee for early check-ins/late check-outs contact host to confirm and accommodate -No smoking inside home $250 fine will apply for violations We welcome 1 dog per stay. The pet fee is $40 per night, or you can choose from the following discounted rates: $200 for 5 days $280 per week $1,200 for 1 month Your dog must be well-behaved and trained. Any damages caused by your pet during the stay will result in additional fees to cover the cost of repairs or cleaning. Please ensure your dog is cleaned up after and is not left unattended in the home.
